Post Silicon team is currently looking for self-motivated engineers who will perform ARM based SOC Pre-Si and Post Si validation including server system level validation and debug. The ideal candidate should have execution experience for silicon validation of ARM based SOC projects and platforms. All Qualcomm employees are expected to actively support diversity on their teams, and in the Company.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate should have 2 or more years of related experience in ARM SoC post silicon validation. System-On-Chip Pre-Silicon and Post-Silicon ASIC Validation experience related to board bring up and debug. Equivalent expertise in other processor architectures are also considered. Perform system level validation and debug. Debug experience with Lauterbach JTAG debugger Trace32 environment or other JTAG based tools. Test equipment including Logic analyzers, Oscilloscopes, Protocol analyzers and standard measurement tools. Experience in embedded software development of low level hardware drivers and code in C language.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in SoC circuit characterization for voltage, temperature and frequency. Solid understanding of Firmware, Linux environment, driver code and ARM assembler a plus. Knowledge of design/verification environment (simulation) or FPGA emulation is a strong plus. Knowledge of manufacturing system level test is a plus.
