Job Description:
• 4 plus years of experience in Call Recording and Voice Biometric technologies
• Expertise in implementation of Voice Biometric Solutions (Authentication and Fraud Detection)
• Well versed with VOIP/SIP voice data capture and filtering.
• Strong database administration skills in MS SQL.
• Knowledge and experience with network archtecture and latency impacts to platforms.
• Understanding of client software deployment on virtual machines.
• Knowledge with physical and virtual server builds and understand how clustering is done.

Skills & Knowledge Required:
• Knowledge on Contact Center Call Flow Process and Architecture (Genesys/Avaya/Cisco)
• Experience with SCRUM or similar agile SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with coding/scripting in JAVA is a plus.
• Provide technical and risk requriments to support a biometric request for proposal.
• Participate, review and contribute to vendor selections and complex planning initiatives.
• Produce quality documentation to support the planning and implemenation of target state solutions.

Scope of Work:
• Partner with corporate architecture teams to ensure interoperbility of solutions with other internal and vendor delivered products.
• Design, develop and implement customer solutions and integrations to challenging problems that could include software delevoplment or engagement of ouside professional services to deploy.
• Negotiate at a senior level with vendors and other internal teams to ensure expedient and efficient delivery of solutions.
