Position Details: **SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED**

ROLE: TEST MANAGER

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1). 5 years of testing/QA experience (minimum)
2). Active Secret Clearance (or higher), or National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
3). Testing certification (one of the following or similar from a “nationally recognized technical authority”):
• CAST – Certified Associate In Software Testing
• ISTQB – Foundation Level
• CSTE – (Certified Software Test Engineer)
• Client HP0-M102 for UFT version 12.0
• ISTQB – Advanced Level – TestAnalyst, ISTQB – Advanced Level – Technical test Analyst
• ISTQB - Advanced Level - Test Manager
• ISTQB - Expert Level - Test Manager
• ISTQB - Expert Level - Improving the testing process

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Minimum Experience: Five (5) years relevant experience
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to supervise a team of test specialists and manage complex, state-of-the-art test programs.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to translate complex program requirements into testable objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and recommend test cycle, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives.
• Must have detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures.

DESIRED SKILLS:
• Ability to manage and work effectively with diverse organizations and personalities to execute a successful test program.
• Ability to apply complex test methodologies and compensate for limitations and restrictions.
• Ability to develop overall test strategy to include objectives, methodologies, analysis, and schedules.
• Able to independently assess system performance against stated requirements.
• Ability to apply test discipline to design a thorough and executable test program.
• Able to lead analysis efforts to dissect output data, interface with the client, and provide clear results and recommendations.
