Overall Purpose: Experienced professional will manage the day-to-day deliverables and mechanical details of advertising and creative projects. Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Oversee the prioritization of work and ensures that the policies and procedures are met at all times. 2) Will be hands on and troubleshoot using first-hand experience and knowledge when necessary. 3) Works in collaboration with traffic and creative teams and other studio managers to establish new procedures and workflows. 4) Demonstrate that they actively seeks out best practices to promote efficiency in day-to-day operations and champion client-focused processes. 5) The ability to help create and promote harmony with department, and support account managers through all stages of the creative development process.

Top five must-have skills:
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Background in creative field with strong typography, photographic & composition eye and color sense
• Communication Skills - both oral and written
• Digital file and folder management experience
• MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and Skype

Additional must-have skills:
• Experience with audio-visual and studio switching and control systems
• Manage technical projects with input from clients and vendors
• Experience with content delivery and digital signage systems
