Job Description:
This is a 40 hour per week position. The hours worked are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (M-F).

HS Diploma/GED Required

Top 3 Skills:
1. MS Office skills including Excellent Excel Skills
2. Ability to learn new computer software
3. Great communication skills - Written and Verbal

Candidate would be trained to work in a Learning Management System to create courses, and assign training. No experience is necessary for this position, we will train the right candidate.
Should have a general understanding of MS Office and have experience with Excel spreadsheets

Project Coordinator Job Description:
Creates and maintains systems to monitor project status and timetables through the use of specialized software applications. Ensures documentation requirements are met. Errors are highly visible and would normally require significant expenditures (costs and time delays) to resolve. Applies extensive knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of project guidelines and procedures. Identifies and implements process improvements. Conducts research, gathers and compiles information for reports. Analyzes results and communicates project status. Provides skilled technical support with minimal direction, which may include data coordination, data analysis, tracking and coding. Handles most issues and requests by executing an alternative on own initiative or recommending best alternative to manager or others when issue is complex. Interacts with peers, clients, and vendors, on matters of significant importance on a frequent basis. Involves planning and preparation of the communications. Requires skill, tact, persuasion, judgment, and/or negotiation to accomplish objectives. May occasionally provide back-up administrative support (less than 10% of the time).
