Job Summary
HR Coordinator
Job Description: • Support all the pre/during/post logistics for instructor-led programs. Duties include, but are not limited to: reserving rooms, ordering catering, emailing instructors, preparing class materials, room setup, supporting the instructors during the session, and entering data and pulling reports in the learning management system
• Serve as a system administrator for Learning Management System. Duties included, but are not limited to: troubleshooting issues, responding to emails/Dovetail tickets, pulling reports and potentially offering some system training.
• Reviews training survey results and helps to implement necessary changes to the programs
• Design and produce a quarterly learning and development (L&D) newsletter; must work with global teams to get content
• Track all department spending and work to ensure finance executes all training chargebacks
• Once proficient in team operations, opportunities to learn how to build training and facilitate training will be available if desired
• Participate in any other Ad hoc projects assigned
Required Technical/Functional Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in working in Business Operations, Administrative, Finance , IT, Payroll or in previous HR service functions
Required Education/Experience/Licenses: Associates degree required.
Preferred Technical/Functional Skills: 3-5 years experience preferred

Strong PC skills

Must be customer-focused and comfortable working with and managing a diverse group of people.

Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and extremely organized. Able to handle multiple projects/tasks at the same time.

Team player and Independent.
Preferred Education/Experience/Licenses: Bachelor's degree preferred.
