Job Description:
  • Deskside Service Skills. Windows 7 & 10, iOS, Client PC HW knowledge - HW PD, SW/BF. BIMAC, Mobility platform support skills, Active Directory skills, Remote take over skills, some network, Excellent communication skills, Ticket tool experience - able to meet timelines for work completion, Excellent customer sat skills.
  • Top level professionalism. Years of Experience (minimum years) 3+ Educational Requirements (minimum requirements) High School Work shift: 1st, Weekend coverage: Yes Minimal On call: Yes - as part of rotation, Travel required: Yes - local only
