Required:
Skills Needed

Must Have Skills:
• Strong ability to diagnose application, server, or network alerts, events or issues
• Analyze production issues related to customer websites and perform troubleshooting and incident response on the system, communicate with site technicians and track problems through to resolution.
• Incident management including communications, post mortem reports
• On-Call support and triage – they would be part of the on-call shift to answer issues that occur on the weekend and off hours and support the off-shore team
• Incident metrics reporting – keep track of timelines, response times, etc. and be able to report on them
• Assist the monitoring engineer(s) – setup alert, monitoring, etc.

Tools Knowledge:
Splunk , NewRelic, Flurrys, Synthetics
Good Communication Skills (Oral and Written)
Personable and Strong Team Player
Excellent time management and organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision
Ability to address conflict with others constructively
Ability to work a flexible schedule
