Workday Lead Developer

Lead Software Engineer (Developer)
1.       6-7 yrs of experience with Workday implementation, support and maintenance projects.
2.       Need to have hands-on experience in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
3.       Should have knowledge of Cloud Connector, Workday Studio, creating and maintaining Workday integrations.
4.       Report creation using Workday Report writer and a strong understanding of Workday configuration highly preferred.
5.       Should be able to handle/ involve in discovery, design and architect sessions with customer team.
6.       Possess expert knowledge of all Workday s integrations technologies.
7.       Excellent analytical and logical programming skills with a good understanding at the conceptual level.
8.       Demonstrated technical experience with building integrations between Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management systems
9.       Expert in designing/development of Interfaces with legacy and third party systems.
10.   Experience in Cloud Connectors, Workday Studio, XML, Report Writer/Designer, Web Services SOAP & REST, DT, I loads, People Tools
11.   Good understanding of Integrations including Web Services, SaaS, Workday Architecture, Business Process Framework.
12.   Object-oriented programming experience, with knowledge of XML, XSLT, X-Path and other web development languages
13.   Ability to develop creative solutions and accelerators. 
14.   Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
15.   Experience working with APIs, Web services.
16.   Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Reporting, Eclipse.
17.   Experience with global Workday implementations preferred.
18.   Should have experience in workday DA reviews and successful deployment.
19.   Experience implementing and/or supporting enterprise HR and Payroll applications in a global, multi-lingual environment (e.g. ADP Global View, Success Factors, Workday, Oracle Fusion, etc.) highly preferred
20.   Must possess organizational, problem-solving skills and time management skills and be able to meet deadlines; must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
21.   Able to successfully lead a team of resources in support of both a project and production environment; must work effectively in a self-directed environment, taking initiative and proactively improving processes with alignment from the key stakeholders
