Role : Security Operation Center Analyst

Mandatory Technical Skills

Minimum 2 years of security incident and event monitoring or security incident response
Expert working knowledge of managing information security threats in large-scale enterprises
Extensive knowledge of industry best practice in information security management, risk analysis and the development/implementation of security systems and protocols.
Basic understanding in Networking and Server administration
Ability to bring process improvements, document knowledge base articles and build process efficiencies
Technical ability in being able to read data from specifications that will help with the identification of potentially affected technical teams. Engage with vendor technical support as needed

Desirable Technical Skills

Python, Powershell,C#

Desirable Certifications

SEC+, CCNA, CEH

Mandatory Functional Skills

Good written (Email) and oral communication skills

Good Event Management, Calander Management and coordination skills

Good customer relationship building & management skills

Good documentation skills

Knowledge on support (Incident, request and change management) functions
