Technical and Functional -Oracle EAM Consultant

Seeking a contract resource with a Technical and Functional Background and expertise in EAM (Oracle). Should have experience with previous Oracle EAM support in working with both technical and business teams.

Seeking candidates based on the following criteria...Candidates should meet the following conditions, based on scoring:
  • Oracle EAM experience
  • Oracle database/technical experience
  • Communication skills
  • Maximo or Infor EAM technical experience

The client has just moved away from the integrator in an ERP project. They have implemented Oracle EAM (moved off of Infor EAM), as well as an Oracle-centric suite of applications. This person will be operating as an Applications Analyst to help keep the applications running, helping with support ticket request and triage, and operate as a liaison between the client and the Technical teams.

If this person has a technical background this would be very helpful.

Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success with one or more Oracle application modules doing functional configuration and/or technical development, including:

Designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful Oracle solutions, especially RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development.

Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships and community involvement; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collections; preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.

No certifications are required. If this person has a Degree it is preferred. This person should have strong customer service skills and have the ability to be customer facing.

This person will be working with both the business and IT stakeholders and will be key in helping the client with system knowledge transfer of Oracle EAM and in resolving ticket backlog and future ticket and support of Application related to Oracle EAM.
