Job Description:
1.     Act as Oracle Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on Core HR, Benefits and Talent HCM business processes
2.     Hands-on configuration working with functional set up manager across Cloud modules
3.     Demonstrate experience and expertise in the design and execution of implementation and testing, executive and internal communications and the ability to work independently
4.     Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize implementation methodology
5.     Drive and document business requirements and procedures, obtain sign off to ensure Client alignment of proposed solution
6.     Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including User Acceptance Testing and work with the users to validate the solution
7.     Document and track customer product enhancement requests and discovered bugs

1.     Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud through a full life cycle project
2.     Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, and integration tools
3.     Oracle HCM Implementation Specialist Cloud Certification is preferred
4.     Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
5.     Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
6.     Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
7.     Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
8.     Builds confidence and trust with clients
9.     Displays effective analytical and communication skills 
1.     Troubleshoot issues based on priority and work with Business users to resolve them
2.     Active with Sprint releases, Discuss with Business and develop based on the requirements.
3.     Should have requirement gathering experience
4.     Understand existing environment and business of various source systems
5.     Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
6.     Excellent written and oral communication 

1. Strong knowledge and working experience of building Data Models of the applicaiton based on the requirement. 
2. Strong working experience of designing and building architecture of the applicaiton based on the requirement. 
3.  Strong experience in SQL 2008/2014
5. Proficiency in SQL (write/understand complex SQL queries and stored procedures) in Oracle and MS SQL Server.
6. Experience to work on large globalized application within Load Balanced environment
7. Should have knowledge of HR System & processes and experience in Oracle HCM tool.
9. Must have strong analytical skills
10. Working experience in Onsite/Offshore model
11. ITIL concepts, clear understanding of Change Management, Problem Management processes
12. Should have integration experience
13. Excellent communication skills
