Quality Management Services Director

• Build and manage a national team of QSE, SQE and SQA consultants to provide outsourced Quality Management services to client customers
• Manage client relationships and contracts as relates to Quality Management Projects
• Expert in all aspects of Quality Management
• Mentor team members in skills development and career progression
• Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Advanced Quality Process (APQP) tools and the Metrics to proactively identify and help implement improvements to Quality Systems, Methods, Tools and Processes
• Promote the use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and continuous improvement techniques to reduce variability and achieve process control
• Train customer teams to effectively execute Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) protocols
• Initiate and follow-up on Corrective Actions in partnership with manufacturing engineering teams to ensure complete and effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Perform periodic audits of Quality Systems for the purpose of assuring continued conformance to the quality system requirements
• Develop positive relationships and effective lines of communication with customer and supplier stakeholders
• Manage internal quality audits, risk audits and audit schedules
• Establish and deploy a Closed-Loop Quality Management Systems that integrates all process modules (Audit, Non-conformance tracking, CAPA, CA and ECN activity)
• Manage Non-Conformance Tracking (MRB)
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR)
• Manage Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA)
• Work closely with the Sourcing Groups to establish and maintain Supplier Quality Scorecards
• Monitor and analyze the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
• Perform validations of quality processes OQ, PQ, IQ etc.
• Participate in Material Review Boards to review and disposition Nonconformance Material Reports as required.
• Product Lifecycle Improvement
• Monitor and Analyze Scrap and PPM Reduction improvements
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Be a team player and work with fellow peers
• Be able to complete the given tasks in accordance with the given timeline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Be able to travel as required by project – 75% Travel

• Quality systems engineering experience in manufacturing environments
• A critical thinker and active listener with good time management skills in order to work with Suppliers, Production Teams and Project Management teams to define deliverables

• Experience with Advanced Quality Process (APQP) tools and the Metrics to proactively identify and help implement improvements to Quality Systems, Methods, Tools and Processes
• Experience with Failure and Effects Mode Analysis (FMEA)
• Experience with Process Failure and Effects Mode Analysis (PFMEA)
• Experience with Design Failure and Effects Mode Analysis (DFMEA)
• Experience with Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and expert in the use of Non-Conformance, SCAR, CAPA and root cause analysis tools
• Advanced oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write technical reports and presentations
• Advanced knowledge of quality related tools including, but not limited to, SPC, APQP, CAPA, SCAR, Root Cause Analysis
• Experience with PQ, IO and OQ validation procedures, test script documentation and audits
• Experience with Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R, Cpk, etc)
• Strong Microsoft Excel programming skills
