 Day to Day Work: 
  • Work on various customer service requests for new things needed by the customer. 
  • It ranges between implementing new hardware, installing software, configuring options on the computer and anything related to a PC Desktop. 
  • Will use ticketing system to manage tickets for the requests as well as other tools, including asset tracking to manage inventory.  
  • Also will be assigned to new projects that are for the local market that will include a wide variety of requests.
  • Installs/Moves/Adds/Changes/Disposals and other projects as needed. 

Required Skills: 
Desktop skills.  Imaging. Familiarity with ticketing systems, collaborating with other resolver teams and working in groups.
