 Who are we looking for?
SharePoint 2013/2016 developer with experience in production support as well as migration from 2013 to 2016.
Technical Skills:
  • 7+ Years in Microsoft Sharepoint 2013/2016 development. Experience acting as a site collection administrator.  Specifically relating to managing content structures and security administration
  • Experience in migration from SharePoint 2010 to 2013 using content matrix. Experience in migration to SharePoint 2016 would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with InfoPath form development, PowerShell scripting, External Content types, SharePoint Workflows. Familiarity with Collaboration Sites (team sites, document management, wikis, blogs)
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint 2016/O365 would be good.
  • Experience in client side and server side development.
Process Skills:
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Change Control processes
  • Experience with ASP.NET and Web Services a plus
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong ticket and priority management skills
  • Ability to assign and track team's capacity and efforts.
Behavioral Skills:
  • Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects
  • Must possess the ability to work effectively with business personnel at all levels as well as with outside vendors and contractors
  • Must exercise a reasonable amount of independent judgment under a minimum of supervision
  • Ability to work in an offshore/onsite model with continuous and regular communication with offshore teams.
