  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting in cloud deployments (AWS).
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Mobile applications & Web technologies based solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Java based applications.
  • Experience in providing support for both Hardware and Software products.
  • Good knowledge in Linux
Nice to have skills:
  • AWS Certifications
Responsibilities
  • Evaluating, troubleshooting, debugging, identifying root cause and resolving issues/ addressing customer needs in timely manner.
  • Adherence to customer SLAs
  • Candidate will be accountable and responsible for technical requirement and communication with client in the shift, handling P1 / P2 issues, or any direct project work allocated to him/her.
  • Taking ownership of task, resolving the same and co-ordinate with other team members
  • Mentoring / training other team members as well creating technical documentation.
