This position will support Contractor Safety Management Team by overseeing tracking, trending and reporting on contractor incidents and cause evaluations, on safety qualification requirements, and on other safety documentation/program requirements with a focus on identifying actions to improve contractor safety management practices. Duties will include: - Oversight of contractor incident reporting, tracking and follow-up - Development of communications and materials on lesson- learned from contractor incidents, observation and reviews - Oversight of contractor's monthly safety performance reporting - Administration of Incident Reporting in ISNetworld - Tracking of ISN compliance and follow up - Review of Contractor Cause Evaluations for trending and follow-up - Review of trends from observation, incidents and contractor safety quality assurance reviews - Benchmarking activities

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
-Typically possesses zero to three years of experience in managing large scale projects and use of associated management tools and techniques.
-Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere to schedules, develop and execute project plans, meet deadlines, operate under tight time constraints.
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to communicate moderately complex ideas and information to different audiences and levels.

- Experience in the field performing analysis, consulting, and providing recommendations.
- Experience trending data and developing reports to display trends
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Project).
- Ability to develop, assist, or make presentations and draft communications to all levels of management - - Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Ability to work across disciplines and to engage all levels of internal management.
- Ability to work under pressure and in an environment lacking predictability due to external influence.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and achieve goals - Strong, positive leadership behavior.
