Job Title: Desktop Support Executive
Location: Commerce, CA
Duration: 5 months contract

Job Description:
· Senior Desktop Support Engineer to ensure the overall support services are delivered within SLAs
· Improve the support processes in the EUCS space and Adopt relevant Best Practices
· Establish excellent customer satisfaction

Essential Skills:
· End User Desktop Engineering Experience
· Experience with both Windows 7, Windows 10 and iOS Desktop setup / support
· Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Experience
· Familiarity with common enterprise desktop applications on the Windows and iOS platforms
· Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills
