  • Experienced User Researcher who is skilled is performing qualitative user research studies, observe users in their natural environment, and gain insights
  • Is well versed with conducting interviews, focus groups, fieldwork, direct observation, diary studies using different ethnographic best practices and techniques
  • Has experience of capturing fieldwork data, is proficient of using photo, audio and video recording equipment and is able to analyze qualitative research data to identify themes, patterns
  • Utilize narrative and visual storytelling techniques to put together research presentations and reports
  • Experienced in visualizing data to communicate research findings, insights, recommendations to executive, technical and non-technical audiences in clear and concise ways
  • MS Degree in in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Human Factors, Human-Centered Design or similar field that uses qualitative and quantitative research methods, analytical techniques
  • Has proven ability to be a team person who is collaborative and flexible
  • Has experience of working in multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams
  • Has excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Willing to relocate and/or travel
