Resolves technical problems and answers queries by tickets documented in Team Foundation Server (TFS) in support of internal customer computer software applications (Jenkins, TFS, JIRA, Artifactory, Ansible Tower, and more). Diagnoses, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records in TFS or knowledge resources. Work alongside application Architects to resolve problems. Maintains and updates records in TFS. Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.
