Job Description:
In-depth knowledge in ITIL / ITSM best practices framework and implementation • Working knowledge in ITSM tool suites (e.g., Remedy, ServiceNow)• Expertise in Process Modelling and Analysis• Working knowledge on Project Management Practices (PMBOK)• Data analysis and metrics benchmarking• Application knowledge of LEAN and Six Sigma tools• In-depth knowledge in software development methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Rapid Application Development(RAD))• Strong OCM skills (Communication and Training) * Strong in MS viso and process tools * Good Understanding of Business Process Modeling • Hands on experience in process modeling tools (e.g. Provision, Blue works Live)
1. Leads a cross functional team in the development of requirements, for process or system solutions which may span multiple business domains by leveraging partnerships with stakeholders and appropriate IT teams2. Drives the execution of multiple process initiatives work streams by leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of processes, procedures and policies across the enterprise.3. Recommends, advocates and gain agreement on process improvements which align with sustainable best practices, and the strategic and tactical goals of the business.4. Develop appropriate plans to manage process initiatives5. Prepare and conduct process workshops6. Perform VOC / Collaborate with functional teams, SMEs and stakeholders to understand process and tool requirements7. Create process maps and document process narratives and procedures8. Perform Gap analysis and process maturity assessment9. Consult functional teams on best practices10. Perform metrics data analysis11. Provide status updates on process initiatives to accountable executives12. Develop training materials13. Provide training to practitioners and stakeholders
