 Crane Aerospace and Electronics is seeking to hire a Senior Oracle Business Systems Analyst in Lynnwood, WA to become a valued member of our ERP team.  We looking for an individual to join our team to help maintain and modernize our IT footprint by following projects and process roadmaps for both on premises and cloud based solutions. 
 
Responsibilities:
Process design, system configuration, testing, development specification and end user training
Develop and support an effective user and super-user community
Analyze complex work processes for improvement opportunities
Anticipate key business issues, and implement comprehensive recommendations
Build relationships across the organization to gain buy-in and move initiatives forward
Participate in the design a high quality application architecture that meets organization's business requirements

 
Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) years or more of Oracle EBS experience in an application support or consulting role
Full cycle Oracle EBS implementation or major upgrade experience
Expertise in the setup and integration points of multiple Oracle e-Business suite modules in the areas of Financials and / or Supply Chain.
Experience with AIM/OUM Methodology, Business Process Engineering and/or similar ERP implementation methodologies
Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) proficiency
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel to other site locations in the US as required.

 
Employment Eligibility Requirement:
Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and not require Visa sponsorship to be eligible. Because we contract with the US Department of Defense we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
