 TIBCO Recommended Skills:
• Application development and support(must) experience using Tibco CE, Business Works (BW), Business Events (BE), Enterprise Message Service (EMS)/JMS, JAVA, SOA, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL and Unix/Linux.
• 8 years total development and support(must) experience using Tibco CE, Business Works 5 and 6, EMS, BusinessEvents (specifically around decision tables, rule templates and a basic understanding of how the RETE network executes) and Active Spaces.
• Exposure to Tibco CE and PCF , RabbitMQ will be added advantage
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, HTTP, load-balancers (HAProxy) and high availability architecture.
• Strong experience with monitoring and troubleshooting tools like splunk, Appd, Icinga, Grafana.
• Strong exposure to Linux and a Unix shell derivatives, such as sh, bash .
• Ability to script with Python, Ruby, bash is a must.

TIBCO Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sr. Analysts, Applications Support to be responsible for supporting TIBCO/Weblogic/Oracle/Java based applications and similar type systems. Proactively suggest ways of improving system stability, availability, performance and reliability.
- Protect and ensure the stability of the operational systems and maintain the integrity of the data they contain.
- Resolve day-to-day support issues, ensure effective and timely resolution of issues in production environment, troubleshoot internal customer related issues, and manage customer relationships.
- Forecast and plan for supporting both applications' functionality and capacity requirements in a rapidly growing, changing and complex environment.
- Lead efforts in troubleshooting, recovery, and root cause investigation. Available to provide 24x7 production support duty.
