Technical/Functional Skills:
What you'll do
In this role, you will report to the Director, Reporting Applications. You will be responsible for collecting business requirements, compiling requirements documents, and working with database developers and Business
Intelligence developers to convert requirements into Business Intelligence execution plans. You will run a Projects Prioritization Review Board formed by client business owners and Center of Excellence SMEs, develop a Project
Prioritization Matrix for client Reporting Applications, and achieve resources and deliverables alignment.

Technologies:
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
Experience in Project Planning tools

Roles & Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between Reporting Applications and other business groups in HSM, including but not limited to Category Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Field Operations, Corporate Procurement, and Brand Engagement to achieve
maximum results and build internal customer relationships
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
Develop functional and non-functional requirements documents
Communicates dashboard requirements to database developers and Business Intelligence developers to ensure execution accuracy
Lead a Projects Prioritization Review Board and run stakeholder meetings effectively
Identify project tasks, develop and upkeep a Project Prioritization Matrix, establish schedules, prepare delivery status reporting, and make sure Business Intelligence development goals are achieved or achievable
Assess, document, and escalate project risks and issues and develop resolutions to ensure project progress
Track opportunities for technology improvements
Run gap analysis and identify opportunities to streamline processes
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by identifying and participating in training programs
Perform other duties as assigned
