HR Application Analyst - Workday
Burlington, VT
 
Candidate Requirements (Must-Haves)
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience from which such knowledge and skills would be acquired.
  • Three or more years hands-on experience in Workday administration: implementation, maintenance, configuration, upgrades, testing, front and back-end processing, testing and reporting.
  • Solid analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
 
Experience
  • Three or more years hands-on experience in Workday administration: implementation, maintenance, configuration, upgrades, testing, front and back-end processing, testing and reporting.
 
Nice-To-Haves
  • Experience in an organization of 2K + employees.
 
Role Description/Description Of Duties
  • The HR Application Analyst is responsible for working closely with HR customers and end-users, designing and configuring solutions that support business goals and the organization's mission.
  • The HR Application Analyst leverages both broad functional knowledge and a high level of technical aptitude to consult, recommend, develop and improve our primary Workday system functionality and performance.
  • This individual must have solid analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
 
Education
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience from which such knowledge and skills would be acquired.
