Type- 12+ Months Contract

Able and willing to work flexible hours in shifts (24/7)

Specific Requirements:
• Knowledge of command line Linux (Ubuntu preferred but not required)
o file tree navigation
o using a text editor
• Previous experience in IT support
o writing support tickets
o knowledge of problem management frameworks (ITIL preferred but not required)
• Interest in learning networking skills
o Understanding and troubleshooting routers and switches
o Or willingness to work towards certification
General Qualifications:
• A good mental and physical discipline to stay alert and responsive in front of a screen for several hours at a time
• Responsible, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Able and willing to work flexible hours in shifts
• A testing mindset – able to support issues and suggest improvements to existing tools
• A keen interest in technology and its advancement in society
