Responsibilities
  • In depth knowledge regarding US and Europe pharmaceutical marketing business processes like SFE, multichannel marketing strategy, campaign planning, managed market strategy, new product launch
  • Accountable for end to end MCM development and support activities
  • Strong statistical and data manipulation skills using SAS, R/Python, SQL, Advanced Excel and other statistical and data visualization tools like Tableau/Qlikview
  • Understanding of the data sets within these sub-industries – example: commercial, point of sales, clinical, claims data etc.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical and marketing data sources like IMS, Symphony, PubMed etc.
  • Ability to interact and build relations with senior management and key stakeholders
  • Very good communications skills to interact with client and other 3rd part stakeholders such as channel partners in MCM area
  • Will be working along with offshore MCM team to manage delivery
  • Excellent understanding of Life Sciences Industry/Domain and market dynamics
  • Specific Competencies (Essential)
  • Hands-on experience in Pharma analytics such as Market Mix Modelling, Forecasting, Sales Force Effectiveness, campaign analytics
  • Well-developed business development/consultative selling skills
  • Knowledge of business process solutions application for analytics
Requirements:
  • The candidate should have prior experience in global pharma analytics setting involving variety of work streams such as commercial analytics, managed market forecasting, etc.
  • Should have structured thought process to create proper scope or defining problem statement and communicate effectively to the stakeholders
  • Should be able to demonstrate critical and innovative thinking in ways of working
  • Should manage tight delivery timelines and work in matrix reporting environment
  • Should have previous work experience in handling structured an semi structured commercial data sources pertaining to sales/ volume/ price/ promotional/ patient data enabling to connect the dots and use the data effectively in supporting / validating the hypothesis
