Experience and Skills Required:
·         Should be based out of San Juan Puerto Rico
·         Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
·         Should have at least 10 years of experience in Information Technology Services
·         Managed Client relationships, Solution Development for IT services
·         Managing large and remote teams both main land, nearshore and India
·         Coordinate and conduct executive level client presentations and assist in client proposals etc
Job Description:
·         Building "trusted adviser" relationships with assigned customers by solving their business and technology problems
·         Business Development – responsible for up-selling and cross selling within the account. This involves identifying business opportunities, selling concepts to the client where required and influencing the client to give additional business based on demonstrated capability and past performance.
·         Manage client expectations and communications flow as it relates to production and internal project teams; negotiate and resolve high level client issues.
·         Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by working with customer support, professional services, sales, product delivery to ensure all concerns or escalations are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
·         Address all people or infrastructure related issues that may be affecting the delivery of the project.
·         During an ongoing project or implementation, the engagement manager should deliver executive level updates and tracking metrics, to highlight key project risks and recommend risk mitigation plans
·         Manage delivering by working with offshore and nearshore teams.
