Technical/Functional Skills
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the digital marketing/content space
  • Experience with content management systems like Adobe Experience Manager or Interwoven Teamsite CMS.
  • Good understanding and experience in managing personalization using Adobe Experience Targeting (XT).
  • Expertise in managing, editing and producing technical and creative digital content on self-service platforms and through various marketing channels.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence
  • Clear understanding of digital advertising & marketing
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and reporting, preferably Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong Quantitative and analytical abilities including the ability to turn data and insight into online marketing initiatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective project leadership skills with the ability to changes directions quickly as dictated by business needs

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Create and drive a content management strategy .com and all other marketing activities.
  • Create and manage large volumes of content supporting new products, services, offers and customer support
  • Provide strategic leadership and execution for clients' digital marketing goals.
  • Create content specs for IT. Serves as content expert ensuring rapid translation of technical statements/messages into consumer accessible language and for digital media.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients and have a firm understanding of their initiatives in their digital advertising campaigns.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate analytics across multiple channels.
  • Stay abreast of best practices in digital content management
  • Other projects and tasks, as needed
