  • 10+ experience in Voice and Contact Center technology (Avaya, Genesys, Cisco)
  • Experience in architecting contact center & voice technologies across Telco & Enterprises
  • Experience with hosted contact centers and e2e functional knowledge.
  • Good communication skillsets
  • 'Knowledge on SIP, ISDN-PRI, SS7 protocols
  • Worked on SIP architectures , Gateways, Session Border Controllers
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overall architecture design around Voice & contact Center
  • Responsible for building high and low level designs including Bill of Material where required.
  • Provide implementation support for Voice & contact center solutions
  • Provide and analyze contact center solution designs to insure their accuracy and that it is the most effective design in meeting the defined customer requirements.
  • Conduct Contact Center consulting with the customer's line of business to provide assessments and best practice recommendations
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with customers. Provide training, webinars, whitepapers as necessary
  • Maintain effective communications with the other practice solution architects so that they are aware of the solutions impact and requirements on the UC platform and network infrastructure.
  • Provide internal training as necessary to the technical organization on contact center solutions to enhance Cerium's implementation and support capabilities.
  • Establish professional relationships with customers and work to build trust in the relationship.
