Job Description:
Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Experience of Development / Support on Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of cloud platform e.g.Heroku
  • Knowledge of Service Now Ticketing System is preferable
  • Good leadership skills involving managing a project from design to execution to supervision and follow-ups
  • Strong problem solving aptitude
  • Self-starter. Does not depend on answers from others. The candidate must be able to dig deeply and research a problem with very minimal supervision
  • Independent. The candidate must be able to find his/her own answers to problems or development solutions in most cases
  • Excellent communication skills particularly with the English language
 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Working on enhancements of Salesforce applications.
  • Interacting with business on a day to day basis
  • Creating status reports for the defined business areas
  • Working in collaboration with offshore team based in India
 
Generic Managerial Skills:
  1. Able to plan/track tasks/activities
  2. Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
