Non Functional Testing - Job Description
Enhance Non-Functional Testing skills in a highly complex technical environment based in multiple geographic locations. Enhance communication and interpersonal skills by interacting with technical and management personnel. Enhance experience and knowledge of how to integrate and work with technically challenging, highly visible Performance testing engagements.
 
Non Functional Testing - Key Responsibilities
·                     Overall responsibility of Performance Engineering and Performance Testing Tasks for engaged projects - including strategy, planning, scripting, execution, metrics reporting and risk management.
·                     Develop performance test scripts and test cases according to the identified test scenarios and test objectives that are in line with the Service Level Agreements specified in the Non-Functional requirements document(s).
·                     Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with Development, Project Management and Users to foster a team environment.
·                     Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) around the testing performed.
·                     Partner with Technical Project Management in the development of project plans, status communications, and the management of development software solutions.
·                     Monitor quality risks and escalate, as required.
·                     Provide regular status reporting consistent with established program governance requirements.
·                     Single point of contact for all deliverables from the Performance Engineering and Performance Testing team.
·                     Possess good knowledge on one or more Performance Testing Tools (such as JMeter, Client Performance Center, Web Load, Silk Performer etc.), profiling tools (such as JProbe, Dynatrace, etc.), monitoring tools (such as Sitescope, Introscope, etc.)
