  • 7 - 12 years of work experience. The individual in this position is responsible for the coordination of department and division activities during the product development and product sustenance process and management of assigned departmental personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to concurrently handle a variety of projects and coordinate the efforts of direct reports and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to independently work with outside medical and technical professionals
  • Work seamlessly with multiple partners, stakeholders, and geographies also Maintain close interaction with customers; manage escalations, and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for relationship building with Customer Project Managers and key

  • Responsible for hiring new team members in the US to fulfill new opportunities for this engagement- interview, selection, negotiation with candidates and work with HR to onboard resources
  • Responsible for meeting financial objectives of the account, responsible for mining the account in concerned account, improving the key parameters for the account to improve the margins
  • A reputation for leading and finalizing projects successfully. Black Belt and PMP are also preferred
