Mandatory Skills:
 
•                    Surgical disposables, FDA QSR, 21CFR Part 820- Quality System regulation     
•                    4+ years of work experience. The individual in this position will have a complete understanding of a wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts.
•                    He/She provides solutions that are imaginative, thorough and practical to a wide range of complex problems.
•                    ISO 13485 / FDA Guidelines
•                    Knowledge on standards and regulatory requirements for various regions     
 
Responsibilities:
 
•                    Demonstrated effective project management skills.
•                    Initiates new or revised documentation and tracks through appropriate approval cycles and implementation
•                    Maintains a professional working relationship with internal & external customer and support staff
•                    Writes and approves protocols, reports and data.
•                    Sound knowledge of engineering first principles.
•                    Strong technical judgment and technical leadership skills.
•                    Experienced in Complete New product development process
•                    Design and development of plastic & rubber parts & products, preferably in a regulated industry
•                    Reasonable knowledge in Materials selection & processing techniques for plastic components.
•                    Strong project management, prioritizing and multi-tasking skills to work within tight deadlines.
 
Education Qualification:
 
•                    Bachelor degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), and four (4) year of engineering experience within the medical device or equivalent regulated industry OR Masters degree in STEM and two (2) years of engineering experience within the medical device or equivalent regulated industry
