Job Roles and Responsibilities:
8 + years of hands-on experience in developing Java/J2EE applications.
Strong hands on experience in J2SE 8, J2EE, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Web Services, Hibernate.
Extensive knowledge of Java Design patterns and J2EE Design patterns.
Knowledge in Spring Boot , Spring Cloud, JSON schema.
Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira, Soap UI, Postman etc. is good to have.
Thorough understanding of and experience in developing effective unit tests using Junit and mocking frameworks such as mockito
Experience in SOAP and REST based Web Services
Experience in domain driven design, agile methodologies would be a plus
The candidate would be expected to understand the requirements from business analyst, understand and adhere to defined internal frameworks, come up with optimal design within given constraints, develop and complete unit testing and ensure defect free release to various environments
Would be expected to develop application components independently with little help or guidance
