  • Assist software development teams by providing guidance and oversight of testing business processes and technical functionality.
  • Develop test plans, schedules, procedures and provide tools needed to meet testing requirements.
  • Develop and implement testing approaches and methodologies to ensure delivery of quality software.
  • Develop and deliver timely and accurate testing status reports and communicate results to various management levels within the organization.
  • Design, develop, maintain and execute automated test cases and scenarios based on the manual test cases developed by scrum teams.
  • Engage closely with scrum teams as QA governance to verify user story/epic acceptance criteria and test cases provide thorough positive and negative testing throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Coordinate End-to-End program testing and identify, document, and appropriately escalate defects found during execution of test cases/scenarios.
  • Work with the Application Owners and scrum teams to gain an understanding and features and provide leadership in designing test scenarios with focus on quality.
 
Qualifications (Required):
 
  • 7-8 years of testing experience
  • 2+ years working with Salesforce
  • 1+ years working in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Testing practices
  • Experience with Client ALM and JIRA
  • Knowledge of CRM applications is a plus
