Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of experience in executing manual User Acceptance Testing or Quality Assurance Testing for enterprise-level web-based applications.
• 3 years of experience in building test cases based on business and technical specifications and executing test cases, including enterprise end-to-end testing and manual testing.
• Experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, Requirements&Statistical Analysis. Experience working within the agile methodology.
• Experience in Sales/Financial Planning and Strategy and Reporting Research Results
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze business requirements, raise questions and seek resolution to outstanding clarifications required for test case identification.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical topics, with ability to present ideas in business-friendly and technical-friendly language.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and multiple deadlines with a variety of people from both product development and sales/financeteams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and with a team ensuring both the team and applications are successful.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating positive/professional attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Deep knowledge of Telecom business operating models preferably in Order management and Billing applications and corresponding policies and procedures.
• Experience working on End-to-end product flow for Fulfillment-Assurance-Billing cycles of a CRM cum order management application.
• Expertize in Telecom Upsell / cross sell Sales procedures, Finance & order management flows.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo on behalf of a customer.
• Experience with customer activity monitoring tools and other data analytics tools such as Tableau.
