Technical Test Lead – SFDC - San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA
In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Location for this position is San Jose, CA or Seattle, WA. This position may require 20% travel.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with IT
  • Strong (3 years of experience) in SFDC Testing skills. Automation experience using Selenium is mandatory
  • Strong Expertize in establishing/baselining testing processes for the organization
  • Strong Expertise in Testing methodologies and Ability to resolve team Queries by interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Skills to support / create Requirement traceability matrix using the latest tools and technologies. 
Nice to have
  • Exposure, of 2-3 years, to Manufacturing domain is mandatory
  • Analytical and Communication skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Should have strong co-ordination, communication & reporting, analytical skill
  • Should have Strong leadership skills
  • Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology.
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environments
