Job Description:

Mandatory Technical Skills:
• Experience on Cloud Computing and Virtualization
• Good experience in deployment (SCCM, MDT ...) and server KMS
• Master creation
• Good skills on Hyper -V
• WSUS
• Good Experience on Windows Server Admin, AD
• Working experience with Server, Network and Storage Deployments
• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills (Hardware, OS)
• Working knowledge on Networking hardware and concepts
• Good understanding of TCP, IP and other network protocols.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP and other network services.
Good experience with desktop, laptop and Thin Client (hardware, OS)
Desirable Technical Skills:
• Failover Cluster Manager
Scripting (PowerShell)
• Audio visual equipment support
• Knowledge of managing a data centre in terms of systems monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning.
• Work Experience in using iLO/DRAC/KVMoIP
• Migration and decommission of hardware
• Provisioning and Racking of hardware
• Experience on supporting SAN infrastructure
• Backup & archive loaders and libraries
Mandatory Functional Skills:
• Good written (Email) and oral communication skills
• Good Event Management, Calander Management and coordination skills
• Good customer relationship building & management skills
• Good documentation skills
• Should be able make presentations to visitor groups
• Total Experience Required :Minimum 6 years' experience
