DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. Oversees all aspects of projects. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project. May require a bachelor's degree and 7 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
 
ONSITE 30-35 hours a week
 
The purpose of this request is to procure Project Management Services for the various ODOT Highway related projects. This position is located within the ODOT Information Systems Branch, Transportation Applications Development Section. The contractor will manage scope, schedule, budget and resources for the completion various Highway IT related projects such as the Access Control and 3D Corridor. This position will meet with Highway stakeholders and provide multiple levels of communications to keep all levels of ODOT Management informed of progress of the project. This position sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project(s). This position may lead and direct the work of Contractor staff.
