Mandatory Skills:
  • 5 or more years of experience designing, implementing and supporting OpenText EIM solutions
  • Successfully completed at least one full cycle implementation of an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System, preferably OpenText Content Server 10 or Livelink 9.7.1
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, implementing or administering OpenText Content Server or other top level ECM Systems i.e. Documentum, SharePoint or SAP
  • Hands-on knowledge of OpenText and/or SAP Document Management Tools i.e. ADA, xECM, ICC, VIM, EFM
  • Solution experience with Enterprise Scanning, Email Management, Workflow and BPM
  • Hands-on Knowledge with the following SAP Solutions: SAP FI, SAP AP, SAP HR; and Open Text for SAP solutions: Invoice Management (VIM), Employee, File Management (EFM), BCC Business Capture Center (ICC), Doculink and Extended ECM (xECM).

Preferred Skills:
  • Resources shall know how to develop and administer OpenTextcloud/onsite application in both Content Suite and Process Suite platform and shall be able to do the followings:
  • To design and manage the integration of cloud/onsite based solutions and technologies using the technologies like OpenTextcloud/onsite application
  • To implement customer-based solutions and develop products on the OpenTextcloud/onsite application platform using REST API and other technologies.
  • To provide ongoing code-level maintenance and support for all OpenText user groups.
  • To support projects to translate business requirements/processes into logical, component-based technical designs and customer-built functionality in OpenText Cloud/Onsite application.
  • To perform detailed analysis of business requirements, translate into technical specifications, and make the necessary modifications and/or configure for use in OpenText/Cloud/onsite application,
  • To document system modifications or changes with sufficient detail and methodology to meet industry best practice standards.
  • To evaluate the Java application associated with the existing OpenText applications, determine the need to implement or provide an alternative solution to performing the required data extraction
  • To provide coding for a designated workflow application within OpenTextcloud/onsite application
  • To create, modify, and assign permission sets, profiles and evaluate custom objects
  • To create basic REST support for all current SOAP APIs in the platform
  • To create OpenText/Cloud/onsite application reports (BIRT) and dashboards. O. To assist and/or develop workflow documentation
  • Functional and technical experience with OpenText
  • Develop documentation of custom and standard process
