Mandatory Technical Skills
Mandatory Skills: ASP.NET MVC5, .NET Web API (REST and SOAP), SQL Server, Web services, Couchbase, Logging, XML/JSON.
Good to have : IBM Data Power, Elastic search

Responsibilities to shoulder
1. Incident management - handling/assigning support tickets and ensuring that the SLA is met.
2. Problem Management – Handling / Assigning Problem tickets and ensuring RCA process are met.
3. Daily montioring of Jobs and take corrective measures in case of any issue.
4. Supporting the deployment and upgrade of other related modules and applications.
5. Regression testing of the application in case of any upgrade and outages.
6. Accountable for technical solution of minor enhancements based on the user request.
7. Responsible to get sign-off from the customer for software fixes in case of support tickets and design in case of minor enhancements.
8. Integration plan for the system with the external interfaces.
9. Coordinating with the Application,Database, Middleware and EQA support teams.10.
10. Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
11. Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
12. Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.
13. Good command of written and spoken English.
14. Good problem solving skills.
