Develops a communication strategy and plan that includes targeted audiences, key messages, frequency of communications, delivery mechanisms and senders to create awareness, understanding, buy-in and commitment. Support communication strategy and plan implementation. Manage stakeholder engagement plan to ensure alignment, sponsorship and engagement.

  • Develops strategies and plans designed to engage all affected audiences of the Transformation program
  • Plans communication and stakeholder engagement activities and events
  • Conducts reviews of communications effectiveness and makes adjustments as required
  • Manages and directs cross-functional development teams to address strategic communication or change management issues. Accomplishes objectives through line and senior program/project managers and exempt analysts. Contributes to the development of strategic plans and objectives for the organization.
  • Acts as a key consultant to senior management in all matters related to communication and communication strategy
  • Liaison with Corporate Communications to ensure alignment on standards and approval processes.

    • Able to develop and deliver compelling presentations and written communications
  • Delivery Excellence:
    • Plan, lead, manage and deliver Stakeholder and Communications program
    • Develop risks, issues and scope and escalate quickly
    • Support Org Readiness Leads and project management organization
    • Be a mentor for project team members within the Stakeholder and Comms team
  • Present Best Practices approach and framework for Communications and Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop sponsorship and leadership expectations and coaching opportunities
  • Develop Key Communication Messages used to build awareness and acceptance of the initiative
  • Define Communication roles and responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess program communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement
  • Create Project Communications
