Responsible for:
 
  • Working on Bench/HIL(Hardware In Loop)  validation of High Voltage Automotive modules including chargers
  • Develop, update and run testing of High Voltage modules (OBC-On Board Charger Module with ACDC and DCDC)
  • Analyze requirements (DOORS) to develop, maintain, schedule, and execute validation test procedures based on requirements.
  • Bring improvements to validation test procedures including negative/boundary scenarios
  • Utilize testing automation techniques in conjunction with Hardware-in-the-loop simulation models and configurations to improve test procedure execution capabilities
  • Capture and analyze data to troubleshoot and resolve issues found during validation
  • Author and publish test reports for major vehicle milestones validation activities
 
With Skills/Experience:
 
• Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of Automotive technologies, including High Power systems
• 2+ years' experience in related areas working on CAN tools (Vector CANoe), Mx-Vdev, MATLAB Signalbuilder and Bench and HIL test systems.
• Able to work within a team of engineers and communicate issues and testing results effectively
• Well versed with automotive modules and systems, specifically CAN based communication and CAN Tools. Knowledge of MATLAB Simulink will be helpful.
• Experience with Automotive CAN Diagnostics is required.
• High level analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex
• High level of interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others
• High level of oral and written communication skills
• High level of organizational skills.
• General DOORS, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
