 Job Description:
 
1) Incident Management - Shall respond to and resolve Incidents.
2) Minor Enhancements - Requests that needs a minor code changes.
3) Optimization Plan Items - Ideas focused on reducing the incoming Incidents, reducing manual effort required to resolve the Incidents and thereby increasing the overall reliability and stability of the applications.
4) Administration - Monitoring and reprocessing failed requests, Cache cleaning up, Datapower firmware installs, upgrades and security patches, Certificate management, Routine monitoring activities etc,.
5) Ad-hoc Requests - Provide support for ad hoc job requests
6) Network issues - To support the networking/firewall incidents
7) MQ - MQ Administration and support
8) Informatica - High level understanding. (optional)
9) Scripting Knowledge - Ant script.
