Roles & Responsibilities
  • We need a strong ITSM motivated business analyst who is eager to learn about and inform decisions in this area.
Primary skills:
  • Expertise in managing IT (Hardware and Software) Asset Management across the organization.
  • Design and develop solution for IT Assets Experience in Client Asset Manager(HPAM).
  • Good technical understanding of IT Asset Data Management
Secondary Skills:
  • Good to Healthcare domain knowledge, Advance tools for Asset management.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute asset management policies, procedures and processes.
  • Coordinate with management in utilizing the asset management tools to analyze, review and track asset data.
  • Develop asset control processes to monitor accountability identification, maintenance, location and contracts
  • Manage asset reconciliation and asset disposal agreements.
  • Oversee recruitment, training and performance appraisals for associates.
  • Educate associates about company policies.
  • Assist in inventory management, procurement and shipment activities.
  • Analyse purchasing effectiveness and resolve purchasing issues.
  • Oversee contract negotiation, contract renewals and vendor management activities
  • Monitor and control expenses within allotted budget
  • Monitor software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards.
  • Collaborate with management to define cost savings, asset compliances and service improvements.
  • Prepare and manage IT asset capital and expense budgets.
  • Ensure audit compliance for the IT assets.
  • Guide IT asset associate in the daily administration of the asset management activities.
