Core Infrastructure Service (CIS) Projects team is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to be responsible for supporting the End User Computing operation. This position will have primary focus on execution of migrations from legacy Citrix desktops to Horizon. This candidate will responsible for managing the initiative, engaging and working with key business partners and driving to successful outcomes within a given timeline along with senior level reporting.
• Project planning, execution, and control for risks.
• Identify and manage to the critical path and milestones of a schedule.
• Identify risks and issues which impact program and project deliverables with follow through on mitigation, resolution and path to green.
• Closely monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
• Adhere to Banking project management processes and procedures.
• Direct the communication of status and issues to direct manager and Program Manager in a timely manner as expected.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition to meet business objectives
• Prepare and report project status on a regular basis, including metrics needed for various risk groups

Technical Attributes (5-10 years' experience):
Hands-on experience in Citrix
Understanding of IT environments to include virtual environments, network, and related technology applications.
• Able to maintain and report project delivery tracking and metrics, desktop migration stats against baseline plan.
• Able to articulate the project lifecycle for migrations.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Pivot Tables, vertical and horizontal look ups, 'what if' scenario analysis
• Strong Microsoft Project Skills: Project schedule building/editing with multiple dependencies/schedule shifting
• Strong PowerPoint and Visio skills. Visual representation of data in charts and graph
• Effective Communicator reporting accurate information that is clear, concise and visual (requiring excellent oral and written communication skills)
• Works well in ambiguity and drives participants toward clarity of tasks and deliverables
• Anticipates potential threats (risks) to project prior to becoming an issue and pursues mitigation
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Execution oriented with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project
• Proven track record of delivery of multiple parallel initiatives
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams (team player)
• Strong Project Management skills/working knowledge of the techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programs and resources (PMP Certification a plus)
