Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced OBIA/ODI Developer. Lead will be responsible for working designing, developing and implementing OBIA/ODI data warehousing applications as well as customized applications, following the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC).

Resource will also be responsible for the following as well:
  • Perform appropriate unit, integration and performance tests
  • Prepare necessary code documentation, change tickets and deployment documentation
  • Prepare operating procedures documentation and participate in knowledge transfer to Operations

  • Overall 6+ years of experience in implementing and developing OBIA 11g integration solutions using ODI (OBIA or higher versions)
  • Minimum of one HR Analytics development experience using PeopleSoft or HCM Cloud as source
  • Minimum one implementation where must have used in BIACM & BIAFSM for functional configurations
  • Hands on experience in using all knowledge modules (KMs) and must demonstrate one or more instances of modifying / customizing KMs
  • At least one implementation experience including but not limited to creating data models, reverse engineering, setting up CDC process, handling type1, type2 dimensions, setting up physical/logical schemas, configuring J2EE agents as per business requirements
  • Adept at SQL, PLSQL, Data Modelling and Data warehousing principles
  • Deep familiarity with data warehousing concepts and data analysis
  • Experience with data modeling, source to target interfaces, use cases, test plans and other technical design/development documentation
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements and technical design.
  • Facilitate technical sessions, with both internal and external (client) teams
  • Troubleshoot ODI related issues
  • Able to communicate status of technical deliverables and issues with project leader and client stakeholders/ executives
