Required Skill:
  • Experience and understanding of B2C marketing communications development and marketing practices
  • Hands on experience on Oracle Responsys tool
  • Migration from Classic to EMD (Email Message Designer) campaigns built in to RPL
  • Technical / application lead on implementing Responsys Marketing Automation platform and Oracle Marketing cloud
  • Proficiency in Design Program module, Asset creation like Email, Campaign (Standard, Dynamic, and MVT) template etc.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS publishing practices
  • Proficiency or knowledge SQL and RPL
  • Email, PUSH and SMS with integration knowledge
  • Link Table - External and Conversion Tracking
  • Forms - Preference center or custom unsubscribe Form setup
  • Dynamic campaign creation using RPL
  • Responsys data modeling -Tables - Contacts List, PET (profile extension table) and Supplemental Table
  • Knowledge of filters, Audience, Interact connect etc.
  • Onboarding process - Initial account setup to handover
  • RRT Implementation and API integration along with knowledge of Interactive Dashboard - Custom Reports
  • Programs - A/B testing, plan and suggest for program flow based on business requirement
  • Experience in Interface Development, including usability, accessibility testing and validation
  • Experience in working with analytics teams to develop standard Responsys Insight reporting
  • Build testing frameworks (a/b testing and multi variant testing, deliverability and tracking) to optimize click-through and conversion rates across digital media campaign portfolio.
  • Provide technical and application support for "trigger-based” nurturing programs in Responsys that target all stages of prospect development, from cold nurtured leads to engagement to closed opportunities to expansion.
  • Knowledge & Experience on API and OOTB Integration to Standard CRM like SFDC/ODCRM/MSCRM etc.
  • Knowledge of Event based marketing and campaign management
  • Excellent listening, written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong presentation, relationship and interpersonal skills required for internal interaction
  • Ability to work well in team environment and global organization
  • Understand relationship of sales, marketing and communications disciplines
  • Good exposure to project management skills
  • Ability to understand technical drivers and resources as it relates to the support of direct marketing business objectives

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Master's degree in Marketing or related field 4 to 8+ years related experience.
