Required Skill:
  • Experience and understanding of B2B marketing communications development and direct marketing practices
  • Hands on experience on Oracle Eloqua tool V10 Administration
  • Eloqua Administration (User/Access group/Email group etc)
  • Data upload (Manual) and issue debugging to resolve support tickets
  • Update field integrations between Eloqua and SalesForce.com CRM as needed and Monitor integration services (API)
  • Support integrations with other 3rd party systems including using API/SFTP
  • Eloqua Email/Form/Landing page configuration, insight and Campaign design and execution
  • Technical / application lead on implementing Eloqua Marketing Automation platform
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS publishing practices
  • Understanding of database structure and SQL queries
  • Experience in Interface Development, including usability, accessibility testing and validation
  • Experience in working with analytics teams to develop standard Eloqua reporting
  • Build testing frameworks (a/b testing and multi variant testing, deliverability and tracking) to optimize click-through and conversion rates across digital media campaign portfolio.
  • Provide technical and application support for "trigger-based” nurturing programs in Eloqua that target all stages of prospect development, from cold nurtured leads to engagement to closed opportunities to expansion.
  • Preferred Oracle recognized certification Eloqua Masters Certification
  • Application Support experience working with onsite/Offshore model
  • Excellent listening, written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong presentation, relationship and interpersonal skills required for internal interaction
  • Ability to work well in team environment and global organization
  • Understand relationship of sales, marketing and communications disciplines
  • Good exposure to project management skills
  • Ability to understand technical drivers and resources as it relates to the support of direct marketing business objectives.
